Our personally selected, local English Lamb, slow-cooked for you by our award winning Chef Thomas

Your choice of plain, Honey & Wholegrain Mustard Glaze or Rosemary & Mint marinated.  The lamb can be studded with Garlic and then slow-roasted for superb succulent and tasty Roasted Lamb

NB One whole Lamb will serve up to 40 guests

Please also note, we can cook the lamb in the traditional Arabic Style, “Ouzi” if you so wish. This would be cooked in the tray with the authentic Arabic spices to flavour both the meat and the rice cooked around the lamb.  The flavours are fantastic and definitely worth trying!
